Founder, Chief Technology Officer
Key Skills
Michael is a well-regarded expert at designing business efficiency
systems using technologies such as Microsoft .Net, SQL Server;
Delphi, C++ and VB. He has extensive experience implementing
large-scale enterprise class software projects using today’s cutting
edge technologies for companies and organizations such as MCI,
American Airlines, Amtrak, the US Navy and the US Army just to
name a few.
Project Highlights
Michael has lead technical development teams at MCI,
SABRE (American Airlines), Cache Box, Inc., Pursuant Technologies
and Bankers Integration Group. Michael was responsible for designing
and implementing one of the worlds most advanced point-of-sale systems for
Amtrak.
Education
Michael attended the University of North Texas and holds multiple US
patents for inventory control and point-of-sale systems. |

Allen Cooke
Managing Partner, Vice President of Finance
Key Skills
Mr. R. Allen Cooke is the Portfolio Manager for Westwood Asset
Management in Westwood California. Mr. Cooke is a licensed
securities analyst and was the former head of institutional trading for
Western International Securities. Allen has over a decade of
experience analyzing corporations including software companies.
Project Highlights
Allen has researched and correctly forecast a number of economic
situations involving markets and industries. Among his buy
recommendations were two “primary” exchange equities that rose over
900% in less than 24 months. His financial history also includes
complex analysis, of individual companies.
He enthusiastically joined and financed Michael J. Browns’ Utopa vision in
2004.

Andrew Tavakoli
President and CEO
Key Skills
Mr. Tavakoli has spent much of his succesful career in real estate
management and finance. In 2004 he bought the landmark
Hamburger Hamlet restuarant chain and began streamlining and
improving its operations.
Project Highlights
Andrew recognized the potential in Utopa, becoming its president
and a primary supporter in 2005. Andrew brings an in depth knowledge
of finance and operations to the company as well as a great spot to
have breakfast or lunch meetings.

Bob has been a financial advisor for 27 years. He is currently a
senior financial advisor for Western International Securities.
In addition, he has founded and operated many successful small
businesses. Bob has considerable experience with internet
marketing, operations and creative content.
Project Highlights
In 2003 Bob founded the successful internet company Doozycards LLC.
Bob has served as a treasurer for fourteen years for the non-profit
Los Angeles Siddha Yoga Meditation Center.

Bob received his B.S. in Business Administration with high honors from
